We're closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders placed Friday after 10 A.M PST are not guaranteed to ship before the weekend and will not ship until at least Monday. Orders placed after 12 P.M PST Monday-Friday are considered to be received the next business day.

Due to order volume, please expect a 5-7 day Processing Time Before Being Shipped. ie: "2 Day Shipping" May take 7-12 business days to get to you due to our processing your order.

All International Orders (Including Canada): Due to customs checks, we can not guarantee shipping times for international orders. Please expect added delays that are at the discretion of the customs officials in your country. Misadventure & Co. is not responsible for customs delays/order seizures due to ordering items forbidden for import to your country. 

Late Shipments

Due to high volumes of packages that the shipping carrier receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be automatically updated. While our shipping carrier offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of the shipping carrier are not the responsibility of Misadventure & Co. and must be resolved by contacting the shipping carrier directly. We do not guarantee transit times, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
